Congratulations on your community gardening award. You guys and gals are really amazing and very much deserve recognition for your hard work. I have been sharing your flower and veggie photos with my 85 year old Dad and you have inspired him so much I hardly recognise him or our garden. We now have potatoes, carrots, beans and tomatoes all growing nicely and he is keen to grow more. Thanks so much for your inspiration and breathing life into an old boy who was super glued to the couch before the covid lockdown.
Dear FoHWRG, Just a BIG THANK YOU to your chefs, driver and all involved in last nights event. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and the delicious meal exceeded any expectation ! Thanks again, Best wishes, Jennifer and Maurice Ps - I don’t suppose there is any chance of a repeat meal on 25th?
Is it Christmas yet?!! .... If Carla could talk she would say "I've had the best time this year in Boxtree Park, played with so many new 'fur' friends, sniffed & admired all the beautiful flowers that bloomed in the Spring time. The park has been kept so tidy it has been a pleasure to walk round. There's never a dull day, I always feel good after I've been to Boxtree Park and sniffed hello to everyone. It's my happy place! Thank you all & Merry Christmas!" xx
We work towards creating smart parks, that are strengthened with a supporting community hub of local businesses, groups and the local authority to become stronger together by sharing information and ideas, building awareness, creating a knowledge bank, and sharing technical skills.
Rather than blaming others for any problems, we aim to find solutions and, where possible, to reduce any public costs with sensible research, conversation and action.
